It's a good value plant. I have 3 more but sadly grass has grown up in amongst it and it doesn't look quite so good. Don't know whether to dig the whole lot up and start again in that patch but as yet, haven;t got the heart because I might loose it!

do you mean standard lawn grass or ornamental grass ? can you post a picture showing it all Lulu from a distance :):)

Paul the area where I put the 3 other Dianthus'sssss! I didnt dig properly, so cooch grass. It's really annoying as I can see it when I look down from my favourite window! Not alot I can do except dig over the whole lot! That grass root goes deep and there is a lot of stone in that particular flowerbed!
