Lol we must have clicked at the same time Dawn ... you can see from my answer above that I keep it in a pot it's the only way I can keep it here ,, I'm happy to say we have had a good downpour today and the plants have loved it they have perked up no end :o))

Lol Amy, yes I clicked before I saw your reply. Glad you can accommodate it in the pot. Rain for you hooray. Light shower here at the mo. Just saw a comment from youngdaisy and she's had rain for almost a week.

I must admit that I have enjoyed the nice weather but the plants were desperate for some rain , our son rang at the weekend saying he is fed up with the rain up north...it's been raining there for ages ..

just starting here too...love that colour, Amy. These are one of my favourite plants...and they are very hardy. Mine just came thro the move and are looking good.

I'm glad they have survived the move Lori ,it dosn't sound as though you had many losses, :o)

Yes, I was very lucky. I lost a Black Lace Elderberry, and a New Dawn Rose... They were kept in pots in a shed rather than put in the ground...live and learn. My guess is that they were too dry. They are in the ground here though in a transfer bed and my fingers are crossed that there is a little spark of life somewhere.
