Thanks Meanie. I wasn't sure...bought it unlabelled at the market. I, too, love the way you can never tell whether it'll be white, red or red and white...or when it'll change!

yes its salvia hotlips i bought 6 gave 4 away then the winter killed all mine boo hoo

I bought it from a market stall, Sue...one of the smaller, local producers, last year...I've seen it this year, too. There's always a big variety of different sages to choose from in early June...trouble is, they're never labelled! :)
