Another pic of White Water Lilies!

they are lovely.

They look so tiny on the previous picture.

Aren't they wonderful...? These were quite close to the roadside...so I macroed in on them!

Just growing wild? What a treat to find something so pretty.

These lilies are growing in a little pocket swamp about 16kms from our home....the lilies were the only vegetation in the swamp except for the reeds along the margin...just a perfect little gem. The frogs were "chug-chug-chug-a-rum!"...and the peepers were "weep-weep-a-weeping"...it was a real choral extravaganza!
