Looks similar to Vilchenblau but a little redder.

Yes, it is. Its just like Veilchenblau, but it has loads more flowers than that one, and it has a looser flower form..and yes, a bit more 'purple' than violet. Michaella, this rose has SO many buds on it, it's going to be lovely in a few days if the rain stays away...not much hope then!
