Thats great mine did nt even flower this year but its growing so I don't mind.:o))

No shade down the side of my house thats the only place I have room for it.

that's funny it should flower there...

I shall wait till next year see how it goes, the butterfly tree I have further down is starting to flower, and the pear tree flowered but the apple tree no flowers this year and that is next to it.
