I had three small chrysanthemums in this last year but only one managed to survive last winter, it's a bit straggly but is still managing to flower.

There was more of an impact at the front door when there were three in the pot, it looks a bit bereft at the moment.

We can't control the weather but I keep a few bedding plants to pop in where there have been losses. Maybe some pansies or lobelia would fill the gaps nicely. I bought some chrysanths in flower in Morrisons last year they were this height but I have them in the garden now so expect them to grow tall. Maybe there was not enough room for three in your pot.

Your garden is away ahead of mine. The chrysanthemums will not be in flower for another couple of months. Pretty colour.
