Being of the Female variety, I have changed my mind, and the spare pavers have been laid leading toward the resited Arch..My Gardening man & his cat have been moved over, better I think..and eventually the path will lead through the Arch to the Veg Plot...a few tweaks here and there to finish it...

what soil have yu got there, it looks very greyish?
i can feel some playing with pavers coming on too...
is your man with cat french, somehow he does nt strike me as english, maybe the moustache and the little hat!!
o and the gauloise hanging out there... i like him.
cld even be portugese, they tend to go for small hats like that
bit different from the garden gnomes hehe
sorry.. we only just finished our apéros!

Thanks everyone...
Hi Resi...originally the soil was light sandy, but most has been enriched over the three years we've been here....In this continuous heat the top does dry out giving off the greyish colour, but underneath all is well, and almost stone free...
Our Man & Cat is definitely French, he has also got his Flacon behind him...lol..I really like him it's different to the norm...and looks so like the old french guys that tend their Veg Plots...so he blends in well...
