The reason I asked is cos they have rescue hedgehogs near here but they are not keen to let you have one if you have a cat!

I don't understand why because i would imagine cats would always come off worse. We don't often see this hedgehog around the garden. Sometimes see evidence of it though.

We also have foxes nearby which they didn't think was good.

We have foxes and their babies on this site and they play in our garden every night which is a joy to watch but our 2 cats always stay out of their way as they chased them once and it got really serious at one point so now they always go to bed earlier at night.
