A lovely Geranium

This is a photo of a species Geranium but I can't remember what it is! I think I got it from the Alpine Garden Society last year. Anyway, it is a lovely violet-blue colour and nice and compact: the plant is only about 6 inches high!

Agree with you...the geraniums are marvels~! Like the blueish colour on this one. I have one which was a gift so I don't have any posh name for it...but it is soo pretty (fuschsia pink) and so hardy and I love the smell of the leaves. Moved recently and brought it with me...it's just getting started in a couple of different places...where ever it likes it..that's where I'll leave it. Here in the new place we have the wildflower geranium..must post a pic...it's very tiny and the leaves are fine and feathery.
