Love how this 'pointed finger' is almost horizontal, other buds on this flower are totally erect. Anyone know why this happens?

Thank you TT. Although I will admit to having moved the Veronicastrum since taking this picture. I couldn't get underneath the lupins to get the slugs for fear of breaking the stems. Lupins have been eaten within an inch of their lives. I neglected them for too long!
