Celadine Plumeria being used as a hedge in my neighborhood. Sorry, the pic isn't very clear, I took it from inside my nicely air conditioned car. LOL! Photo taken July 21, 2011.

Thanks! Generally, Plumeria is used as a shrub/tree...however, more and more I'm seeing them being used a hedges.
