Lovely pic of Harvey...
Saying goodbye to a special pet isn't easy is it...

Happy memories but still so hard.

He looks noble in this pic but really that was his "food face" as we called it :P He was staring at someone eating haha.
We all still miss him, he was always there, around to hoover up the crumbs and greet you when you come home, it does seem strange still that he's not around but we have nine years of happy memories.
Grannyb - I wish you many happy years with your boy, does he have random bursts of energy and run around like a loony for a few minutes? Harvey used to do that when he was young - was so amusing! :D

Aah, what a shame, he looks lovely. I bet he's a big miss. Not thinking of getting another?

He was a real character :) He was the family dog but i moved out a few years ago so he was really my parents dog (even if it was me who pestered them for him!)
I don't think they will get another one but my other half and I would love a cocker spaniel, we are just waiting for the "right time" if there ever is one! :)
I was actually a professional dog walker for a while and i walked quite a few cockers... I just fell in love with them, so cute and fun and affectionate! Just gorgeous.

He was gorgeous and I know how much we miss them when they are no longer here, my son had two, Connie and Leo they were so affectionate, he now has a Cocker spaniel, name of O`Malley very noisy chap but very loyal and Lady, Spaniel/ Beagle cross even noisier but very loving...

He looked a real gent, you must miss him dreadfully. I have an 11 month golden boy and he has taken over our hearts and home.
Wouldn't have any other breed. I have owned them for over 30yrs.
