This is a very slow growing tree, well it is here, love the foliage.

It looks nice a cute!
This is not a slow-growing tree here in San Diego...it can grow to 8ft or more in one season. Right now all the trees here are in full bloom.

Delonix wow 8ft in a season I would settle for 3ft!! have you put any pics on as I love the flowers on this tree, there is a purple variety.... are there any of this colour near you?

Yes, they grow super fast here...especially if they receive water (like in a lawn).
I've posted pics in the past...I'm going to take some pics of very large trees at the school a couple of blocks from me. The largest tree there has an especially bright flower.
I've never posted pics of this tree until last year...I always thought it was too common a tree.
