Marigolds

This will make you smile...I grabbed a packet of seeds just looking at the picture on the Front...ah Strawflower, just what I want....Wasn't till I got them home and looked properly, (with specs on) I realised they were marigolds...Oh well says I, the ground is warm, they've got two chances....so I popped a row in, in a spare spot in the Veg plot....they are all standing like little soldiers..:))...a couple more weeks, and I can move them...Have just the spot in the new front Garden, that will make a few sunshiny faces....By the way it's Hot again here, but storms predicted for next week....

:)) it did, I have the same trouble with seeing things.....not used to taking my specs with me when shopping, I end up holding things at arms length to read and then getting funny looks from people!!
Just picked 2lb of wild blackberries from the forest - I feel a pie is on the way! Sunny here now, it can't make up its mind:)
