Perennial sweet pea

Perennial sweet pea

I took some pods from a garden backing onto the bowling green and, several years after planting them, I now have them popping up all over the garden :)

Great do they not need a climbing frame.

They just sprawl through other plants, Clarice, although I have twined some round twisty poles.

Very pretty Gee. I have just had a nearly complete clear out of my old and pretty friend Corydalis Lutea. She will be back. I think she specialises in throttling plants and even shrubs in her delicate embrace. Because she looks pretty, I let her get away with it. I took Cory away from bullying a little rose and all of a sudden the rose is in full bloom!
