Thanks, Paul! Do you think I had a good idea then? Unfortunately since the photo above was taken a lot of the foliage has dried up & just hangs like light brown paper leaves on the stems. I'd imagine it doesn't like the dry, warm air of our living room. I'm considering undoing the stems of the Jasmine from around the Dragon tree & planting it in a bigger pot outside on the balcony, where it can romp freely.
Any ideas for a, preferably, flowering climber that might be happier in an East facing window & would tolerate warm, dry air? I'm no doubt asking too much!

Not sure - maybe the other plant is robbing the moisture - drinking faster ?? suppose could keep jasmin in the pot and plant it in that way ??

The Jasmine IS in a pot resting on the border of the much bigger pot the Dragon tree is in, it also has a saucer underneath it so it's not in contact with the compost.
