arent they just plants out of place?
i have a friend who helps to garden in a stately home ~ in the bits they havent weeded they just put up a sign that says ~ under development!

:-))
nah , most of th time i am happy with my weeds, at least they cover the bare soil (cement!) but this area is beginning to take shape properly and i want it finished now.
its hot and humid here again but overcast so i have been out there slugging away on the area thats 'under development' most of the day, but seeing results.
so might take the board down from there soon, but putting them up in lots of other places!!

I suddenly realised that since the strawberries finished I had hardly looked at the patch and now I've lost it under weeds! It's humid here and even worse when you are struggling with greenery thats gone mad! Really wears you out :- )

yes its a strange summer Troddles, high winds almost non stop and more rain then ever before in the summers i have been here, the grass is still growing and needing mowing!!!! well.....its just not on is it LOL
and the terrible thunderstorms from years ago never seem to occur anymore, i miss the fantastic light shows though.
if it makes you feel any better, my strawberries have disppeared along with yours too, same cause!
