This is beautiful - where is it?

Its just a grass verge at the side of the road near where I live that was roughly cultivated and sown with wild flowers. Not sure whether this was done by the council or by the little garden centre that is just opposite ( I say garden centre but it is just a private house that sells a few ready planted baskets, pots and a very few plants )

whoever did it ~ all credit to them ~ just shows what a difference a few flowers makes ~ really lovely.
