Well I'm going to need more pots when I divide up my Hostas

how do you divide them, just pulll them apart, and when do you do it,

Never done it before Yorks, but the pots are broken, so I shall see what its like when I tip it out. Hopefully it will pull apart, but might need a sharp knife to cut through it. I shall do it when it has stopped flowering. One has already, so may take a look at it tomorrow.

They split quite easily ladies...and each with their own roots... just shake off the excess soil...Should look nice in your new pots Cinders...

I probably wouldnt have chosen the round one, but at that price.... and it will look ok when planted I am sure. Was going to do that today but not very nice here today.
