Japanese Maple in front garden

Yeah its not really in the right place..I planted it too near to the fence so from the front and down the steps it has to be cut back. Silly me, I tried to dig it out a few years back but the roots go way down to hell I think lol

Yes it is an Acer - that is amazing - love these - that would cost a fair price in garden centre - seen one half size for £347 - I am very jealous of this tree :)))))))))))))))))))))
