Courgettes here in France are about 9 inches after that its a Courge (Marrow) but I think its down to personal preference really....
OH says when does a boat become a ship....lol....

ST I have only kept the big ship courge and the rest I have donated to a houseful of my Filipino friends as they love them.

I have just had reports of them already being used and eaten and being prepared as part of tomorrows lunch so all is going to good use.
I am planning to have a bit of mince n mash tomorrow so maybe I will add a few fried slices and make a start on my megacourge
