We've been in this place just three years Moti, and I can say with hand on heart, that this is the first year we've found that we're getting settled, the garden too, this is it's best year so far...allowing for new plants, and stuff that's been moved around...That's a long time for one house...my good pal has been in hers 32 years...

Im glad you feel settled now Crissue, i think its important to want to be where you are...I love my home, i lived here with my parents up until they died and all my children were born and raised in this house, so i cant see myself leaving now, but i must say, i wish i had a bit more outside space....:>)
