Lovely have several of these plants now, I think they are wonderful for long term flowering.

Cristina, you could get a month or so more out of it yet, they don't normally stop flowering until the frosts get to them.

Yes, they are THE best value for money plants ever - flowering from late spring to the frosts, wonderful :-)))
They hate being too dry (poor performance but won't kill them) or too wet (will rot and die) and like the sun - don't we all ;-))

Take off any seed pods Cristina, and throw them in the garden around the plant, the seeds need the cold to germinate, so you'll have two ways of the plant spreading, the other is by the tubers, that spread underground...There is a pic of my 'Saturn' Alstromeria on my page taken last week or week before, it's very recent....
