after a short break of about 28yrs I recently went to the dentist with a loose tooth. He berated me a little for saying i was about to do it myself with a pair of pliers ; )

Interesting fact (if ur not eating your lunch) I had a bit of staining and gum disease so I regularly used mouthwash etc. However he said I should stop and brush more and lo and behold my teeth are much whiter and any gum diease has vanished and my teeth are much much better. Better than they have been for a long time, So just shows all the BS we are fed.

Its true dont use mouthwash, its not necessary.

PS and I dont use washing up liquid either. Why because its not necessary and its carcinogenic.

I did think that having one was a bit of a lazy extravegance although they are suppossed to be more efficient on water. However there is still the carbon footprint to make it and the cost to buy it

My dishwasher is brilliant..I just cook the food and he washes up lol!

I have to heat the water to get the hot tap so I let the washing up build up a bit and do it every 3 days or so.
I stack it neatly though ; )

You could just boil a kettle if you have one, far more e friendly....maybe you're just lazy like me lol:-)

my son cooked a salmon in the dishwasher ~ it was fabulous ~ no before you ask he didnt put the dishes in as well!!

I have oil fired heating which is very efficeint Ba, so better than boiling a kettle
