Such pretty little curtains these...I usually have them open, as I like to see the garden...but just love the Butterflies and the design, it's so delicate...:))) glad you like it....

Well I;m not a big fan of net curtains..but these are lovely never seen ones with butterflies before!!

It's really weird...haven't taken a lot of notice till we all started posting pics of Butterflies...and Pix...I was resetting the table after dinner last night, and laid out my lace table mats, and the pattern is Butterflies two in the centre and all around the edge...:)))

I used to love to watch the older ladies in Spain, crocheting lace pieces...and it mesmerises you, they were so quick, and the pieces were gorgeous...it was mainly the Widows who used to sit in the doorways together making their really elaborate pieces....

Crochet is pretty and fascinating, never tried myself, leave it to the Ladies in Spain!

The other trade I was fascinated with
was spinning, could spend hours watching the spinners of wool and cottons etc...not something you see much now, unless it's on the TV...shame...would have loved to have learned....

never tried any of those things..think it would take a lot pf patience..something I dont have really lol

Yeah..my granny used to sit in her chair knitting ..clicking away with her needles chatting and not looking...complicated patterns too! I didnt inherit that! lol last think I knitted would have fitted a monkey! lol

Now you know why a lot of men dread the Chrissy pressies from the Aunties etc, would fit a giant, with sunglasses lol....:))))

No Pix I didn't do it...and OH has just come back from Town...with Doughnuts, and Apple Turnovers, yum...so we've just enjoyed a cuppa...How did your afternoon go...still raining on and off here...so nothing doing today, mind you after yesterday I couldn't really face it...
Tomorrow, we're going for a Thai meal, that's what OH has decided on for his Birthday....so that will be a blow out....:)))

Hi love, glad you had a good day...not done anything much really, made a small rockery...planted some young self seeded Cowslips..refreshed the bark path, took all of an hour...then just relaxed, still pooped from Thursday TBH...
Didn't go for the Thai meal, OH wasn't feeling up to it..so made Chinese here at home, with a nice crab salad...and i'm enjoying a drink that I like...a glass of Rosé Wine with lemonade...I don't drink, but I like this...:)))

Oh I quite like sparkling rose wine..not much else really..been there done that lol..Hope you feel better now then:) Good you didnt do too much work today..neither did I really..sat and chatted more today so that was good..Dad was in fine fettle lol had us laughing. Off to watch a few progs on tv now..might be back later on of I dont fall asleep lol
