These are one of the best trees for wild birds, is this in your garden ?
You could hang seed feeders from some of the branches, as it looks quite mature and strong enough to take them.

I love the sorbus trees ,we have 3 different types.I love the autumn colour.My favourite is Joseph rock and I bought it from a local nursery in a sale ,couldn't wait to see it colour up in the autumn and nothing much happened.It obviously was something else.Which is why I got it so cheap ..£5!
