Yes, Crissue, it's a plant worth having - lovely pink shoots in early spring, amazing flowers in spring/early summer and then a lovely show in autumn. A good all-rounder!

Well normally I would agree with you lol...but ever since I've had my Peony it has given one gorgeous bloom each year...and that's it...I've moved it now to the front garden, and just hope I might get two blooms next year...:))))

I think I'll treat the Garden to another one in Spring..and see if it fares better....

Have just ordered Peony Lactiflora - noticed it in a neighbour's garden and thought it looked lovely.
Be interesting to see how long it takes to flower - the others I have are glorious but have been quite shy to flower in their first couple of years.
