The metal plaques with wire and the rest with screws they seem quite secure I'll let you know when we have gales here, stopped raining so OH is just cleaning the BBQ have not used it this year yet!

hope the wind doesnt blow them all down though..I would worry about that. But then I live in Scotland..we get bad weather now it would seem :(
