This was the first lily I put in. I had not yet learned about planting bulbs and since they were sprouted, I planted them sideways. Of course I saw no sign of any of them, but one stole through two boards and found the light to bloom just at firsts frost. Then the next year, 10 baby lilies cam up in its position. Then the next, 8 skinny lillies. This year I moved the whole clump to a new position in the new perennial bed and formed the whole wild thing into a more established clump. What a reward I'm receiving. I'll have to name it something I guess. Maybe, Miracle? :-)
