do they call this an umbrella plant/tree???

Sticki...don't you grow new plants but turning the umbrella upside down in the pot, and it roots from it's leaves...

Yeah I have heard it called umbrella plant/Hawaii umbrella tree. I guess they do kind of look like little umbrellas? I have another plant called Japanese umbrella pine and can't really see the resemblance there either

It's a very interesting and unusual plant, I just added a picture. They can be a little tricky and have to be sited in the right spot to do well.
