Epidendrum Red/Orange Orchid

A close up of my orange Epidendrum orchid. Fall and Winter is the prime blooming time for many orchids here in San Diego, CA. Photo taken Sept. 15, 2011. The white things going through the flowers are spider webs...the tiger spiders are everywhere this time of year.

That's funny! No, I call them tiger spiders because the coloring and strips look like a tiger.
