Well, not as old as your house. It was built around 1944 and gutted in 1979. We had three layers of roof (which by law you can't add anymore). We were having leaks and between all the years of wear and tear it was time. So, we said if we are going to do the roof we should enclose the old porch, rebuild front stoop and then it grew into, we need windows, etc.
You should know, and old home is a full-time job. You never know what your going to uncover as you start working. I see your plugging away.
Looking forward to planting in the front, but I have orders from the boss (hee hee) that they can not cover the new wall and must be of certain heights and colors.

Lookin' good. How old is the house? I'm a nut when it comes to knowing how old houses are...What an improvement. Flowers out front next year? :)
