Aren't they lovely? My very favourite wild flower and they are so plentiful...when standing in the field the buzzzz of the bees is so loud! Soon they will die back and I can cut the field down so that next year there won't be a big mess of dead grass in the spring that needs to be burned off...because they have a ban on grass fires here.
