This Plumeria appears to have been drastically cut back recently. Photo taken on Sept. 20, 2011 in San Diego, CA.

Yes, I hate when I see this...you can tell the people who chopped it back didn't know how to prune a plumeria!
The plumeria photo in the upper right side on this page seemed to need a little pruning. It was right next door to this one.
