My lillies have all died off now, going to re-home them next. Lost some to the lily beetle my lovely one never made it this year. Killed about 130 beetles and am seriously thinking of doing away with the lillies because of the beetle infestation.

Oh no! That is really tragic isn't it....I love lilies and that special one of yours is a stunner. :( I don't have any beetles here, but I find they struggle with the wet and lack of sun this year.

Don't think they have reached Scotland yet! Keep an eye out for them though, they are very prolific.

Thanks Annie. This rose struggled early on this year, but it has recovered brilliantly. It was just too crowded under that Parrotia Persica tree that I took out..do you remember...gosh, haven't I been busy this year? lol ;)
