Sounds lovely Sticki,

Never had Sangria is it alcholic: lol :o0) I enjoy a cuppa sat in the garden but not one for much else, maybe a coffee or two or even hot chocolate but not one for alcohol - well only on special occasions.

Absolutely no alcohol in sangria - honest.

Sorry oliveoil I think it is wine based but low alcohol with lots of fruit added. However if you google it you can find recipes that don't use any alcohol.

sounds a bit like fruity pimms then, I like alcohol, it just doesn't do me any good sticki. lol. too much sugar content that is the only reason I do not drink it. lol. I prefer to get my carbs from other sources as the body shows. lol. I am diabetic and so only drink low sugar drinks. lol. Love the stuff especially dry red wine. lol.

Yes, not at all unlike pimms. Sorry you have to be so careful, my dad was diabetic, he didn't like wine so that was no problem, he used to ask for extra cream on things cos he said he was allowed that!!

I agree I love that too, but then you have to be careful of which cream you eat, low fat is not as tastey though. lol. I have got used to my diet pity I eat too much of the good stuff because it shows. lol. not to worry I can always go on a diet. which I do occasionally and only occasionally. Bit like the drinking I suppose. lol.

I should be more careful - I used to be able to eat anything and it never mattered!

It is getting a little untidy at the moment, we had strong wind yesterday and the garden is surrounded by trees and the leaves have started to fall, what a mess, but not clearing it up yet as there are lots more to come off the trees before I start on the big clear up.

The garden is looking it's best for this picture Ray. It only ever shows its good side on the photographs. lol. Wild is good, very good for the wild life. Just that I like to be out there tidying it up and making it look its best. It was just a green piece of land (all grass) when we moved here 32+ years ago. There are some before and after photos somewhere on this website. I am so pleased you like it.
