Yes, it's a very interesting vine. It's a fairly new introduction into California. It appears to grow very well and fast. It's a native of Costa Rica...and there's a lot of ambiguity to its hardiness at this point. I'm guessing it going to be pretty tender. I've read there's many growing in southern California and thriving.

Hmm, I'll wait and see how it grows by you...There are only so many plants that will fit in my house!!

The head certified nurseryman at my favorite nursery said: his vine grows well and blooms 356 days a year here in San Diego. I have a feeling this vine is as hardy as Bougainvillea.

Oh, that's fantastic. Nothing bothers Bougainvillea's here. Now to find one....

This is my unproven guess, that this vine is as hardy as Bougainvillea. It can't be proven here where I live because my climate is too mild to damage these plants.

I'll take your word for it!!!
