These old Kentia Palms are growing happily at the Marriott Hotel on Coronado Island across from San Diego, CA. Photo taken on Sept. 30, 2011.

Yesterday, I went through Del Mar, which is a coastal city just north of San Diego (even though I've been to Del Mar many times) I saw many hundreds of old, tall Kentia Palms growing everywhere. I couldn't stop to get any photos...however, next time I go, I'll get many.
