Red Grass... Imperata Cylindrica 'red baron'

Another of my favourite plants,Moti..my friend has these in her coastal Lincolnshire garden,Bjs,and it is fully hardy there..

Well i have had this one 3 years now, though it hasn't grown very tall...I lost one before that, so i mulch this one each winter...

A bit overgrown Crissue...It has been raining so heavily for the past couple of weeks that everything is growing like mad, but i cant get out to do a bit of work...Even the grass is dark and lush...Forecast...heavy rain for the rest of the week....

Oh Lord, can't get the right balance of weather...oh well at least its not cold or frosty...and the plants will go on...thriving...(weeds too) don't worry enjoy the late colour...:)))
