I would say they are both Marmalade Sue. The baby was a cutting from my original.

They both look the same to me, apart from the leaf of the one on the left is more pointed than the one on the right, same colour though, definitely not Caramel because it is much more orangey/burnt gold than that one no green on Caramel at all looking at the pictures of it. Just had another thought it is a Heuchera and not a Heucherella Crissue or Tiarella, some of their leaves are more pointed. Maybe not just a thought.
