Very pretty....but it looks more like Tom West....note the red flower....Swingtime is more Pink/White and a double flower....?

The same here Moti, ah just read Aa's comment, yes the bud is much too slim for Swingtime. This looks as if it could be hardy Annella....:o))

I have Tom West and it came through the horrid winter of last year.....its about 6/7 yrs old :-)

Thanks for that girls, It came from Morrisons and they often mis-label. Good to hear it may be hardy.
