Noticed today my magnolia is flowering again ..Never flowered in October before, usually March time

Its happening here too Mushy......I have a Camellia with a flower on and my Rhod has huge buds that are starting to open....lol

Palmate:
Last winter we had a La Niña weather pattern and had record flooding rains in December (which is not typical of La Niña). It was more like an El Niño weather pattern. So, who knows what this year will bring. :>/

Mine often does this just odd flowers on the branches but apparently they do have this ability to flower in autumn too. Strange suppose it is a bit like the little primula plants they can flower in autumn too especially if you dead head them and do not allow them to seed.

We're supposedly going back into a La Niña weather pattern...that means more very strange weather for California.
