Thanks GM it was a wonderful display they made of them all. I was tempted to buy loads, they had the Sensitive plant that my Gran used to have and Fly traps...I will add the "purpurea" to the caption.

I can't afford to get into house plants as well!
Despite Meanie encouraging me.

I have bought a load of Blackthorn today to plant on a little patch of land at the back of my house where there is nothing but two big old wild cherries. I love the white flowers and I will hopefully get plenty of Sloes.

Pim. I purchased two Sarracenias for £1 each at our GC. they were dumped on a trolley ready for the heap I think!! Well I saved them, hope i can keep them alright. Lol.

Cor..£0.50p each...!

I know this is silly but the carnivorous ones are sort of like a bit different from plants...a bit more like us somehow. I think it is because some of them move. I hope yours pull through GM.

The ones I have purchased stay outside Pim!!!!! So could be disaster. I have been giving mine slugs! Great way to get rid.

Oh do they ? you should have one or two of these by every plant in the garden. It is always a worry isn't it. I was thinking being outside sounded easier somehow, as I tend to bump off house-plants quite swiftly

Poppylover gave me some good advice, it was to buy even more of them that way you don't forget them...It seems to be working so far.
