Musa 'Ice Cream' - Ice Cream Bananas

Musa 'Ice Cream' - Ice Cream Bananas (Musa 'Ice Cream' - Ice Cream Bananas)

With the hot weather the last 5 days my Ice Cream bananas are ripening fast. I had to cut the stalk today. I'll have to give them away quickly, because with temps from: 82ºF/28ºC to 87ºF/31ºC. they'll over-ripen quickly! Photo taken Nov. 29, 2011.

They look yummy! :)
When should I cut mine, D...Esther thinks that they should be almost black...but I don't like black bananas!!!

They should be the slightest yellow on one banana, then the whole stalk should be cut.
