milky,sanbaz and sheilar,hello lady's.i stubbled on this web site today looking at keen gardening as ive just moved into a house with a garden that needs a lot of TLC and was brousing for ideas(pics to follow as work progresses.great site and friendly.and sheila i thought best to put a pic of me on here.as you say face to the name.

Steve, you'll find this a very friendly site, it's a sort of 'facebook' for those with a gardening interest! (We're not all experts - I'm certainly not - but there are some knowledgeable folk on here). Everyone is mates and anything you want to know about plants (or weeds) put it up as a question and someone will know the answer or point you in the right direction. You'll also find advice on ponds and revamping your gardens, while having a good laugh sometimes at other members comments.

thank you for your warm welcome.it is like a gardeners facebook.and i will be having a few questions to ask at a later date as my garden progresses.ive took some pics before ive started ;o) i love nature,natural beauty and wildlife.i also enjoy photography and the garden will be one place i will be taking plenty of pics lol

im sure i will and have been made to feel very welcome.i grow lots of veg at work as i used to live in a flat without a garden.now in a house with a garden i will be asking plenty of questions in time.thankyou for the nice comments of my pics,very kind.

Hi Steve. Welcome to GOY, I have been looking through your picture's, I too like Photography, I think some small cameras are nearly as good as the big ones, My Husband & I belong to a Camera Club, we enjoy seeing other people's photos and have competitions too.
