Ah thank you Oliveoil looking forward to doing my next one but having a few days break and the kitchen table back lol:) Need to do my xmas cards this week I think!

Do you make your own Nana_d? I quite fancy having a go at that maybe next year, to keep me occupied during the Autumn months eh!

No Oliveoil I got mine after xmas in the sale at BHS :) Working fulltime don't have the time and hobby in nice weather is the garden and now mosaic in the winter but I know quite a few people who do my friend at work does scrapbooking and from that she now does a fair amount of personalised cards which are really lovely:)

Thanks Dawn, my daughter in London has got a mosaic called Red Hot Lips which I did for her at xmas but now my daughter who I did Crystal for wants another one for the garden, my son isn't that bothered thank goodness lol:) You will have to get your girls to have a go for you perhaps they could do your chooks??

i think id like one of my cats and maybe one of flowers, i wouldnt know where to start though, i know you said you got the idea from 2 people off here, but did you buy a book to help you as well? and do you use a moisaic like a picture and hang it up?

Hi Dawn watched a couple of tutorials online and also picked Lil and Lulu's brains and they gave me advice. Then I drew a template of what I wanted to mosaic first two I did I used tile adhesive which I found really difficult then with the advice from Lulu started using PVA which made life much easier. With Crystal I used a photo then drew a template from that to the size I wanted. I always use a template I have some large card/paper that I use for that.
