Steading garden

Another view of the wee garden beside the steading. It was taken a little earlier in the summer when the geraniums were out. In time the two long black poles at the gate will form uprights for a pergola which will carry roses over the path.

Both, as I am lucky enough to be a gardener. It is a double edged sword though. I am at home today as the ground is too hard with frost to do anything useful. When the better weather comes I will have to snatch moments at home in the garden as I shall be busy doing other people's gardens.
