Willow from next door checks out the bin area . She does sometime wait for a grey squirrel to scavenge the bin and makes a surprise drop-in for a quick reminder of who's boss

Are these holes where bins go? Haven't seen this arrangement before.
Like the sequence of pics. Squirrel wins, but then they usually do, don't they?
