Hamamelis x intermedia 'Pallida' - 2012

mine is in flower too!

I want one too . Saw one in flower today , but I tend to forget to get plant for myself ( note to diary ).

Andrew is this early?

A lot of plants are coming into growth a little too early; mild weather and more to come.

If the weather stayed mild and everything came out early would some plants extend their normal flowering time or come into bud again?

DD - it's usually in flower by the second week of January so maybe a few days early but not much

Sticki - I think for a lot of early stuff, it will depend very much on the weather. If mild weather brings flowers out and is followed by a cold spell, the flowers will remain; if it stays warm, they will go over as normal

thanks andrew, just wondering where it will all end?? will there be no flowers at some point? i hope not.

If you run out of flowers, you'll just have to buy some more plants!! :-))
